Q: What is the Yuen Method™ of Chinese Energetic Medicine?
A: The Yuen Method™ is a revolutionary alternative healing modality that blends knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, chiropractic, qi gong, feng shui and quantum physics to eliminate or greatly minimize chronic pain, allergies, fear, depression and release old behavior patterns. It often delivers immediate and lasting results in 3 treatments or less.
Treatments can have profound and lasting effects on health, rejuvenation, self-esteem, positive attitude, better relationships, as well as increasing personal prosperity and wealth. They require absolutely no exercise, no drugs, no meditation, no devices, no hypnosis, and no religious beliefs.
The Yuen Method™ does not require physical touch to bring about change. You will not receive a diagnosis or be prescribed medication, nor will we recommend that you discontinue medication prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner. Instead, the Yuen Method™ uses applied kinesiology to locate and correct energetic weakness and blockages in the energy body. Once a person’s energy body is strengthened, their physical body’s natural healing ability takes over to bring about positive change.
Q: How does it work?
A: The premise behind the Yuen Method™ is that a person’s body functions like a bio computer. On an energetic level, we, as humans, are either strong or weak to any given issue or situation. Pain or discomfort in any area of our life is a sign that something is wrong with the flow of energy in our body. Humans are complex beings with multiple levels of consciousness and existence. Energy healing simply works to make sure that all levels of consciousness are in congruent communication so that pain and discomfort can be eliminated and personal goals can be attained.
Q: Does it work for everyone?
A: Yes. Everyone has at one point or another been subject to negative influences that are currently affecting them. Everyone can feel a difference once their weakness has been corrected. Each person may perceive the shift differently, depending on his or her level of receptivity, willingness to change, and readiness to choose to feel better.

A: Yes. All Yuen Method™ practitioners offer free lectures and demonstrations in their regions. Energy Paradigm also offers a complimentary mini trail session of 10 Minutes.
Q: What is involved in a typical session? What will I have to do?
A: The Yuen Method™ is a non-invasive, touch-free technique can be done in person, over the phone, or remotely, making it available to people in any location, situation or state of being. As the recipient, all that is required of you is the willingness to try the technique even if your willingness is only subconscious. There is no physical manipulation, you are not required to meditate, and you do not have to converse or process anything.
The Yuen Method™ is a very gentle technique that simply strengthens the mind, body and spirit to triggering experiences, thoughts and emotions that are the root cause of your issue. This makes you strong to outside influences, which in turn removes your barriers to health and personal success. Q: Can anyone learn the Yuen Method™?
A: Yes. Anyone can learn the Yuen Method™. The learning process is relatively straightforward, using a series of simple steps. It does, however, require practice and dedication to retrain the mind to use focused thought and intuition.
Q: Are there any pre-requisites?
A: No. There are no prerequisites to take part in the Yuen Method™ training program. Students come from all sorts of different backgrounds to take the classes and workshops every year. Many of these students have never been involved with sort of healing work before beginning their Yuen Method™ training. Typical backgrounds include retirees, schoolteachers, bankers, stockbrokers and lawyers as well as those who are – chiropractors, acupuncturists, medical doctors, dentists, and veterinarians.
Q: Why would I take a class or workshop?
A: Most students enroll in their first Yuen Method™ workshop because they have experienced the power of this healing modality and realize that they now have the choice to be in charge of their health and life. Many students realize the value of this technique in preventative health care and removing obstacles and in their lives and want to share this gift with their family, friends and pets.

Q: Does the Yuen Method™ have a complete program?
A: Yes. Yuen Method™ offers a complete Certified Practitioner program. There are three levels -- each of which is offered as a full weekend workshop: Basics Level 1, Intermediate Level 2 and Advanced Level 3.
If you wish to get certified, you must complete and repeat all three levels, and then intern at three weekend workshops, one of which must be a Basics Level 1 class. Once you take Basics Level 1, the Intermediate Level 2 and Advanced Level 3 can be taken in any order. Also, you do not need to complete Levels 1 through 3 before reviewing them. As long as you have taken a class, you may review it at any time.
You must also document 100 hours of practice session work. This can be Yuen Method™ practice group time, one-on-one sessions, or working on yourself. Documenting your 100 hours must be done in a journal format, noting the date, time, issues and corrections you made and the outcome. You can then enroll in the 4-day bi-annual Certified Practitioner program that is only taught by Dr. Kam Yuen.
Q: Can I take just one workshop?
A: Yes. If you just want to learn the technique to use for yourself and friends or to add to the other work you do, Basics Level 1 is all you need. It will provide you all the information you require to handle any situation that arises. It is a tool you can use every day of your life to overcome challenges and more.
Q: Why would I continue onto Levels 2 and 3? What else would I learn?
A: You would continue to learn the method in more depth and detail. Specific protocols on how to address specific ailments and issues such as chronic fatigue, osteoporosis, eyesight problems, allergies, and weight loss in addition to how to work on health conditions for pets, strengthening for prosperity and abundance, and much more. You would also learn how to be more efficient by utilizing techniques for shortcutting the method.
If you want to get certified as a Yuen Method™ practitioner, taking each of the three levels is required. You will receive a different manual for each workshop, providing you greater resources and helping you to perfect the method.
Q: How long are the workshops and where are they offered?
A: Basics Level 1, Intermediate Level 2 and Advanced Level 3 are two days long each. They are usually held on a weekend from 9 am - 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
The workshops are offered throughout the United States and Canada and will eventually be available in other countries. The 4-day certified Practitioner Program location varies.
Q: How long does it take to complete the program in its entirety?
A: One to three years. However, the timing depends on how many workshops are offered on a monthly basis once you've begun the program, and whether you are willing and able to travel to attend them.
Q: How many people teach the workshops?
A: Dr. Kam Yuen and about ten other certified practitioners teach classes in Canada. There are many more certified practitioners teaching classes in the United States. However, Dr. Kam Yuen is the only practitioner teaching the 4-day certification workshop.
Q: Once someone is certified in the Yuen Method™ does that permit them to teach it?
A: No. Dr. Yuen personally selects practitioners he feels are qualified to pass his work on and teach it to others.
Q: How much do the workshops cost?
A: The cost is Cdn $500.00 the first time you take a workshop through Energy Paradigm with Stephanie Monsen, Cdn $300 when you repeat a workshop, and free when you complete the internship. Dr. Yuen charges similar rates in US$ for Levels 1, 2 & 3 and US $2000 for his 4-day certification program.
Q: What forms of Payment do you accept?
A: Energy Paradigm accepts Visa & Master Card, or you can pay cash or cheque in Canadian funds. Payment is required at the time services & products are received.
